Appointment of Larissa Joy OBE as Non-Executive Chair of the Company

Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure" or the "Company"), a leading provider of audit and assurance services and the holding company for TIAA Limited (together, "the Group"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Larissa Joy OBE to the Company's Board as Non-Executive Chair with effect from 1 November 2026.

Mark Knight, previous interim Non-Executive Chair, continues his role as Non-Executive Director.

Larissa Joy OBE’s Biography

Larissa is a Non-Executive Director at Saxton Bampfylde, Chairman of the Employee-owned Trust Board of international architecture practice Hawkins\Brown; Non-Executive Director of the Law Society of England and Wales; and Chair of law firm Charles Russell Speechlys’ Responsible Business Steering Committee. In her pro bono portfolio, she is Chair of Social Business Trust; Co-Founder and Co-Chair of early years charity Thrive at Five and a Trustee of the Charles Russell Speechlys Foundation.

Her previous roles include Partner of emerging markets private equity firm Actis LLP; Non-Executive Director and RemCom Chair of Charles Russell Speechlys; Non-Executive Director of DCMS; Vice Chairman of WPP’s Ogilvy Group UK; Non-Executive Director of L&Q; Senior Independent Director and Chair of Governance and Remuneration Committee of G15 housing association East Thames; Chair of the Foundling Museum, and Chair of Sir Quentin Blake’s House of Illustration.

Larissa read law at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, completed her solicitor’s finals at the College of Law, London and studied at London Business School, where she completed her MBA.

Larissa Joy OBE (aged 58) has held the following directorships within the past five years:

Larissa has no direct or indirect interest in Adsure’s shares.

There is no further information which would be expected to be disclosed in line with Rule 4.9 of the Aquis Growth Market Access Rulebook.
