Non-Executive Director Resignation

Global Connectivity Plc (AQSE: GCON), an investing Company focused on strategic holdings in high-growth, connectivity-aligned technologies, announces that Mr Selwyn Lewis has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect due to ill health.

Mr Lewis was Chair of the Remuneration Committee. The Board is currently reviewing its composition and has started the process of seeking the appointment of an independent NED.

The Company thanks him for his contribution during his tenure and wishes him a speedy recovery.
