The Company remains focused on the disciplined acquisition of Bitcoin to build a long-term strategic reserve that also powers B HODL's Lightning Network operations.

Details of the most recent purchase are as follows:

·      Number of Bitcoin acquired: 100 BTC

·      Average purchase price: £83,872 per Bitcoin (US$113,227 per Bitcoin)

·      Total consideration: £8,387,162

Following this transaction, the Company's Bitcoin holdings are:

·      Total Bitcoin held: 100 BTC

·      Aggregate average purchase price: £83,872 per Bitcoin (US$113,227 per Bitcoin)

·      Aggregate cost basis: £8,387,162
