ATC Live and Arrival Artists unite to form new global booking agency, ROAM

ROAM Launches as Largest Global Independent Booking Agency

With 800 Artists, 80+ Staff & 6 Offices

The Board of All Things Considered Group plc (AQSE: ATC), the independent music company housing talent management, live booking, merchandising, talent services and events, is pleased to announce the unification of ATC Live and its North American partner business, Arrival Artists, to form a new global agency, ROAM.

ROAM launches with its offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Paris and Glasgow. It represents more than 800 artists and is supported by a team of over 80 staff, making it the largest independent booking agency and the fifth largest booking agency worldwide.

The combined roster features many of today's most acclaimed and culturally impactful performers, including Amyl & The Sniffers, Andrew Bird, BADBADNOTGOOD, Big Thief, Black Pumas, Car Seat Headrest, Cory Wong, Faye Webster, Fontaines D.C., Good Neighbours, Goose, Glen Hansard, Jungle, Khruangbin, Japanese Breakfast, Mac DeMarco, Metronomy, Mk.gee, Mt. Joy, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, PJ Harvey, Royel Otis, Sufjan Stevens, The Lumineers, and more.

Collectively, ROAM's clients perform over 10,000 shows annually in iconic venues such as Madison Square Garden, O2 Arena, Hollywood Bowl, Royal Albert Hall, and Radio City Music Hall, and appear at leading festivals including Glastonbury, Bonnaroo, Primavera, Coachella, and Roskilde - accumulating 84 GRAMMY nominations (23 wins), 6 Oscar nominations (3 wins), 16 BRIT nominations (3 wins), 18 Mercury Prize nominations (4 wins), and 15 Tony nominations (9 wins).

ATC Live and Arrival Artists began working together in 2020, growing from an A&R (artists and repertoire) initiative into a transatlantic network built to maximise opportunities for their respective rosters. By uniting the agencies, ROAM is now able to provide both local insight and global connectivity through territory-focused teams specialising in tour and digital marketing, brand partnerships, philanthropic activations, as well as college, festival and private event booking.

Within the ROAM structure, the two divisions will operate as a joint venture sharing operational resources to unlock efficiencies and scale whilst maintaining financial independence with no changes to the existing ownership of ATC Live or ATC. The combined leadership team comprises the co-founders and senior management of both Arrival Artists and ATC Live.

ROAM will also interact with other parts of ATC in the same way ATC Live has historically done, providing additional opportunities for collaboration across the Group.
