Vault Announces the Board Appointment of Nicolas Baxter

Vault Ventures plc (AQSE:VULT), a London based technology developer focused on blockchain and fintech innovation, is pleased to announce that following completion of the acquisition of System7 Ventures Limited (the "Acquisition"), as announced on 03 July 2025, Nicolas Baxter will be appointed to the board as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Nicolas Baxter is a technology entrepreneur with deep expertise across artificial intelligence, marketing, fintech, and e-commerce. He was a founder of System7, an AI and automation-focused business acquired by Vault Ventures plc in July 2025. Previously, he founded and scaled Outfts, a creator commerce platform acquired by Amaze and the Spring platform in 2023, where he served as SVP, Brand & Product prior to Amaze's listing on the NYSE. A recognised voice in AI, Nicolas has spoken internationally as well as at the United Nations on the future of artificial intelligence and has a proven track record of scaling technology ventures and delivering product-led innovation.

As at the date of this announcement, Nicolas Baxter has a beneficial interest in 255,000,000 ordinary shares of Vault Ventures which were issued to him as consideration for the sale of his shares in System7 Ventures Limited to Vault Ventures.

Save as set out in this announcement, there are no further details to be disclosed under Rule 4.9 of the Aquis Access Rules for Companies in respect of Nicolas Baxter.
