A Clear Strategic Roadmap
The 11 Year Plan is intended to provide a framework for Vault's next phase of growth. It is anticipated that it will enable shareholders to track progress against clearly defined objectives while allowing flexibility to adapt to market conditions.
Vault focuses on identifying, developing and commercialising early-stage technology businesses, primarily in the blockchain and fintech sectors. The strategy is underpinned by a forward-thinking ETH focused treasury approach with BTC that will complement our core operating plan and growth initiatives.
Strategic Acquisitions
In parallel with internal expansion, Vault is evaluating acquisition targets that align with its service offerings and growth ambitions. The Company believes that selective, well-timed acquisitions will allow it to scale efficiently and increase long-term shareholder value.
Due to the commercially sensitive nature of M&A discussions, detailed disclosures will be made only when appropriate and none of the acquisitions would constitute a reverse takeover under the AQSE Rules.
Digital Assets Treasury Policy - ETH at the Core and including BTC
As part of its evolving treasury management strategy to support the operating activities of the Company, Vault has adopted a Digital Assets Treasury Policy focused on ETH and including BTC. The Company believes that Ethereum represents a more dynamic and yield-bearing digital asset, underpinned by its staking infrastructure and expanding smart contract ecosystem whilst BTC's scarcity and global acceptance make it a compelling hedge against inflation and currency debasement, complementing Ethereum's utility-focused profile.
Compared to other digital assets, Ethereum offers Vault a combination of long-term value preservation and potential for income generation through staking. The Company views this as a practical and forward-looking component of its treasury allocation strategy to assist with the growth of Vault's operations.

CEO Statement
Brian Stockbridge, Chair of Vault, commented:
"We believe the 11 Year Plan lays the foundation for disciplined, long-term growth. We are committed to building value through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, while taking a modern approach to capital management.
Ethereum offers Vault an opportunity to diversify our treasury while engaging with the broader shift toward decentralized digital infrastructure. A combined ETH/BTC treasury strategy enhances Vault's attractiveness to forward-looking investors and partners and can be used to support the operations and growth of the Company."
