Meme Vault PLC (AQSE: MEME) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachelle Roesler to the board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Rachelle has over 20 years of experience driving transformative change, optimising profitability, and integrating technologies across sectors. She is currently a consultant to the director of planning and budgeting at TAQA Group (The Abu Dhabi National Energy Company). Prior to this, she served as a strategic finance business partner, consulting to the director of finance at Tonomus, a subsidiary of NEOM, providing direction and guidance to the finance, planning and budgeting team during the start-up phase. Rachelle also spent several years working for LUSH in their
