Zentra Group Plc announced it has completed the acquisition of the site at Old Mill Street, Manchester, following the receipt of formal planning approval. ProBiotix Health PLC reported a trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The Company highlighted that gross revenue increased 33% to £1.34m (H1 2024: £1.01m), gross profit grew by 33% to £748,000 (H1 2024: £564,000), and the first orders from its partnership agreement with Kemin China Technology Co.
